Courses Taught at the School of Geology and Mining Engineering: General Mechanics, Sampling Techniques and Pollution I, Pollution II, Management of Mining and Petroleum Wastes, Modeling and Simulation of Processes, HVAC and Cryogenic Processes in the Petroleum Industry and Mathematical Modeling and Numerical Simulation in Petroleum Engineering
Sinclair Jimy Watia Kenhago is a distinguished Junior Lecturer at the School of Geology and Mining Engineering at the University of Ngaoundéré, Cameroon.
Kenhago focuses on a critical area of environmental issues, comprehending the dynamics of pollutants in the environment, mitigating the environmental impacts of anthropogenic activities, and enhancing approaches for the remediation and rehabilitation of contaminated sites.
His research encompasses Mathematical Modeling, Numerical Simulation, Environmental Pollution, and Pollutant Diffusion. Recent research projects include modeling and analyzing the diffusion of chemicals under transient thermal transfer in saturated porous media, tertiary migration of crude oil leaks from reservoir rock to the soil surface through compressible rocks, and studying soil and groundwater pollution by petroleum products, taking into account biodegradation. He is the co-author of five research articles and reviews.
Kenhago holds a Ph.D. in Physics with a specialization in Mechanical-Energetic from the University of Dschang, obtained in 2022.
In 2023, he assumed the position of assistant lecturer at the School of Geology and Mining Engineering at the University of Ngaoundéré (Cameroon).
